Perched on the hotel's uppermost level, Altitude is our flagship restaurant — a space where the kitchen's ambition and the landscape's drama are in constant conversation. Chef de Cuisine Thomas Hargreaves produces a changing tasting menu grounded in the seasons and in a network of suppliers he has cultivated over fifteen years. The wine programme, overseen by our Master of Wine, runs to over 800 references with a particular emphasis on small-production European estates.

Menu Notes
Our tasting menu is composed monthly by Chef Hargreaves in response to the season's finest produce. A vegetarian tasting menu is available with 48 hours' notice. Wine pairing and individual glass recommendations are available; our Master of Wine is present throughout service.
