About This Experience
Our resident yoga teacher holds this session as the sun rises over the water, the practice adapting to the weather and season. Beginning in seated meditation, it moves through pranayama breathwork and then a gentle vinyasa sequence suited to all levels. The session closes with an extended savasana accompanied by the sound of the sea below.
